The Art of Sound
This ticket includes a full 2 hour immersive experience; starting with an curated tea bar, guided grounding through breath, a 1 hour sound bath, and closing with a 20 minute integration. Mats, pillows, and eye pillows provided for duration of sound bath (you are welcomed to bring your own, as well as a blanket if you choose) The premium experience includes a curated wellness pack which may include a small journal, an affirmation card, and a tea selection to take home.
