Step away from the noise of daily life and experience the calming power of sound. This introductory sound bath offers a gentle, beginner-friendly opportunity to explore sound therapy in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Each 30-minute session includes a brief introduction to sound therapy, an immersive 20-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls, and a short period for quiet reflection. Participants are invited to simply rest, breathe, and receive the experience.
Sound baths may help promote relaxation, reduce stress, quiet the mind, and encourage a greater sense of balance and well-being. No prior experience is necessary.
Come as you are and give yourself the gift of stillness.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort.
